Learn About Wattles Farm

Farm FAQs

Since 1975, an historic 4.2 acre orchard, just north of Hollywood Blvd, has served as a sprawling, peaceful community garden.  Originally part of the Wattles Mansion estate, the community garden has some 300 members, and is run by a non-profit organization in partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks.

Our Services

Electrical Power

Depending upon your power requirements, you may need to rent generators to power your event or shoot.

There is cold water used for the farm irrigation. Potable at your own risk.

There is one portable restroom on the premises, as well as a hand washing station.

There is minimal lighting in the garden. You must supply your own lighting equipment for night-time events.

There is an accessible entrance to the garden, as well as a loading zone in front of our main gate at Curson Ave. Please keep in mind that pathways can be uneven, as they are loose dirt and gravel.

All event trash must be removed by event organizers.
